Registration is Open!

Registration is now open for the conference/workshop. As the number of participants that can be accommodated is limited (maximum 250), registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested participants are therefore strongly encouraged to complete their registration at the earliest to ensure their participation in the event.

The last date for registration is 20th February 2027. Participants can also take advantage of the early bird registration period, which will remain open until 31st December 2026, offering reduced registration fees for those who register in advance.

Accommodation

Participants are required to stay at the conference venue, Hotel Uday Samudra, Kovalam, to ensure smooth participation in the program. A block of rooms has been reserved at the venue, and special negotiated rates have been arranged for conference participants. Following are the negotiated per day per person room rates. This include all services and access to all facilities except Ayurveda or spa. But the hotel has kindly agreed to offer the conference delegates 15% discount on Ayurveda massage or spa.
